We provide both on-site and telephone based technical support to our clients in Whitley Bay, North Shields, North and South Tyneside and Newcastle.

From simple questions about word processing to complicated server and network and internet issues we aim to keep your business running smoothly.

We deal with virus, spyware, spam, peer-peer and internet chat issues. We can recommend methods, hardware and software for removal and prevention of these ever more common problems.

We will liase with third party suppliers to help in the troubleshooting of technical problems - there is nothing more frustrating than having a supplier say "there is nothing wrong at our end" when you do not have the knowledge to dispute the statement.

We provide advice, strategies and solutions on procedures to ensure your data is backed up correctly, and when it is time to decommission your old equipment we can make sure that there is no readable data left on your hard drives or data disks which could compromise your business.

This service is ideal for those companies who have no need of a permanent IT presence on-site - as we charge by the hour (plus expenses for site visits), or tenths of an hour for telephone support, you will only receive a bill if you use our service. There is no monthly or annual minimum usage charges.
